Sim Ann, Senior State Minister of Singapore Ministry of National Development and Ministry of Foreign Affairs，shared Singapore's exploratory experience via video. She proposed that climate change is a common challenge for this and future generations. Governments therefore need to take concerted actions to reverse this situation. Singapore has adopted a multi-pronged approaches to mitigate climate changes, such as investment in sustainable urban development, which is the key to strengthening urban resilience. Meanwhile, it’s called to work closely with the community to create shared ownership and make full use of the ideas and power of the entire society.
