Confirmation of Rural Land Property Rights

In view of the disordered cadastral management of rural land, the No. 1 Document of China’s Central Government issued in 2013 required to carry out the work of confirmation, registration, and certification of rural land property rights. Through the procedure of registration application, cadastral investigation, examination and verification, registration and certification, the property rights of land ownership, land use, and others for each land lot can be confirmed.
