Moreover，I'm impressed with the teaching styles and learning styles of Germans From the workshop。Before the work，they will do a very detailed schedule。Then，they will arrange the work in strict accordance with the schedule。It can ensure the process of work。We should lean from German  in this respect。We can do from controlling the time of presentation。In addition，Germans rigorous attitude for work is also worth learning, the germans will comply with drawing specification strictly。

Lastly， during two-week investigation in Germany，I fell most is that ，In the urban renewal, the  government introduces  the urban  catalyst  theory, as a theory of urban design, through the election of catalyst or the implantation of original elements, without  changing its background connotation,  through the shape of small scale catalyst effect of part, progressive dynamic updates,  and thus  lead  to a  wider  range  of urban linkage effects, in order to enhance  the urban renaissance.  Because of its location, culture, economic value, the renewal of urban old industrial site should start from the city level, in order to promote the integration of society、 economic and culture in the city.
