Through the Learning City Studio has finished for more than a month, but I still remember all the details just like it happened yesterday.  From the Learning City Studio, I have learnt a lot.

In my opinion, it is a very wonderful experience to work with people from different countries. At first, it is a huge challenge for us to work together. The problem is not only about language also about culture. But all of us never gave up. We tried our best to discuss with each other, to understand each other, to learn from each other. It is worth nothing that our teachers include prof. prof. Alexander Schmidt, Mr. jiang, Mr. ying, Gloria, Sonja, Chun Xia and so on, they gave us a lot of help. Thanks for them again. No matter how hard the process was, finally we got excellent results.

Last autumn, we got chance to visit German for three weeks. We have gone to more than five cities include Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, Essen and so on. The most surprise thing about German cities is that the most cities except Frankfurt are not very fashion, not like the cities-Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and so on in China. In German view, they want to keep the city just as the traditional.

In Essen, we visit different types of industry land use. What impressed me most is the North Dortmund Industrial Landscape Park. The North Dortmund Industrial Landscape Park retains a large number of factories and industrial facilities. It gives us a chance to know the industrial history about the Ruhr area. Now this park is a very wonderful place for people to have fun.

I will never forget the experience in Learning City Studio. I think this experience will help me to make a deeper understanding of cities.
