Measuring & Installation Guide
Custom murals are printed to your exact wall. A few careful minutes measuring now means a flawless fit later — and a sample removes any doubt about color and texture.
How to measure your wall
-
1Measure the full widthMeasure wall-to-wall at the widest point, in inches or cm. If the wall has alcoves, measure the maximum width.
-
2Measure the full heightFloor to ceiling at the tallest point. Measure in a few places — walls are rarely perfectly even.
-
3Add trim allowanceWe add roughly 2 in / 5 cm on each side so you can trim for a perfect edge. Just enter your true wall size.
-
4Enter it at checkoutType your width and height into the size calculator on any mural — we print it made-to-fit.
Installing your mural
Arrives in numbered, easy-align panels. Most walls are done by two people in an afternoon.
Step 1
Prep the wall
Clean, dry, and smooth. Fill holes and let primer fully cure.
Step 2
Hang panel one
Start from a plumb line. Align the first numbered panel to the top corner.
Step 3
Match the seams
Butt each panel edge-to-edge, matching the pattern. Smooth from center out.
Step 4
Trim & finish
Trim excess at ceiling and baseboard with a sharp blade. Wipe seams clean.
