Every order is made to measure, so here's exactly how production, shipping, and tracking work.

Production: 2–4 days

Each mural is printed and trimmed to order in the studio before it ships.

Delivery: 3–7 days

Standard shipping after production. Timelines vary by destination.

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves us.

The details

Processing time. Because nothing is pre-made, production typically takes 2–4 business days before your order ships. Larger or multi-panel murals may take slightly longer.

Shipping. Standard delivery usually arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Free standard US & Canada shipping applies to all mural orders.

Tracking. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Customs & duties. International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties set by your country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and any local duties vary by destination.

My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement after dispatch. If it hasn't updated after that, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
