We want you to love your wall. Here's how returns, exchanges, and damaged-order claims work with made-to-measure products.
Because every mural is printed and cut to your exact measurements, our custom pieces are made just for you. That shapes how our return policy works — please read the details below before ordering, and reach out any time if you're unsure.
How it works
Faulty or damaged orders. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Custom, made-to-measure items. Because these are produced to your specific dimensions and can't be restocked, they aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. This is exactly why we recommend ordering a sample first.
Stock items & samples. Non-custom products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unused and in original condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
I ordered the wrong size — can I exchange it?
Custom murals are made to your measurements, so we can't exchange for sizing errors. If you're unsure before ordering, send us your dimensions and we'll double-check them with you.
How do I start a claim?
Email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll respond within one business day with next steps.
