Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Stufic ("Stufic", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, store, and services (together, the "Services"), and your purchase of any products from us. Our store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing the Services, placing an order, or otherwise using our store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

To place an order you must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Most of our wall murals and wallpapers are printed to order and cut to the measurements you provide. You are responsible for supplying accurate dimensions; we are not liable for a mural that does not fit due to incorrect measurements submitted by you. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help you plan.

We make every effort to display our designs and colours accurately, but the colours you see depend on your screen and may differ from the printed result. Slight variation is normal and is not a defect. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing a full mural. Products are subject to availability, and we may modify or discontinue a design at any time.

Your order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and a contract is formed only when we confirm your order and begin production. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, where a product is mispriced, unavailable, or where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount charged.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before you place your order. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time you complete checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin after production is complete; they are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page. For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Because custom, made-to-measure items are produced to your specifications and cannot be resold, they are non-returnable except where they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Non-custom stock items and samples may be returned within the window described on our Returns & Exchanges page. If an order arrives faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This section does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

All content on the Services — including designs, artwork, images, text, logos, and the compilation of that content — is owned by or licensed to Stufic and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including: violating any applicable law or regulation; infringing our or a third party's rights; uploading malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Services or their systems; or interfering with the proper operation of the store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

The Services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of or relating to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Stufic harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Nothing in this section deprives you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order.
